Setting up and starting the webinar is easy, and overall this is a user-friendly experience with pretty impressive results and experiences.
Interface
After studying the interface during this GetResponse review, we noticed that they deliver all the features and quality you want in a comprehensive package. You can create campaigns, set up your own autoresponder, study various statistics and important contacts or keep a database within the app without a problem. The drag and drop approach does feel a bit clunky, it can become a bit more natural. But it can totally pay off if you get used to it and continue to work with it again and again.

However, you do get email support and live chat. And this is still ok because the response times we got during the GetResponse review process were pretty good. They reply within a minute, and any issue you have will be solved in 5 minutes or a bit more if it’s complex. The company also has some dedicated resources on the website, an FAQ and other great stuff that you can access in order to improve your experience.
